Snags in BRCKS Chat Mobile
Raise, filter and sign off snags right from BRCKS Chat, with a fuller Add a snag form.
Calendar changes, spotted Web Mobile
A “What’s changed” bell on the calendar shows what’s been added, moved or cancelled. When an event moves or is cancelled, everyone invited hears about it, teammates and outside guests alike, by email, WhatsApp or text.
Better calls Mobile
Turn a voice call into video halfway through, or minimise a call and keep using the app. You see who’s calling, the ring keeps going until someone answers, and iPhone calls stay connected when the phone is at your ear.
Your tasks first Mobile
Open tasks now puts what’s assigned to you at the top, and the Chats list is calmer and easier to scan.
Feed and daily digest Web Mobile
Videos show on Feed posts and you can go straight back to the Feed from a diary. The daily digest lists new tasks as new rather than under Done.
BRCKS Chat fixes Mobile
Voice notes sound clear again, Media & documents opens on jobs with videos, the iPhone keyboard no longer covers the message box, and WhatsApp group imports on Android work even when the group name has a slash.

A Feed for every job Web
The Feed now shows everything happening on a job, from snags and photos to check sheets and diary entries. Private one-to-one and group chats stay out of it.
Chat on the web, in step with your phone Web
Chat on the website now stays in sync with BRCKS Chat on your phone. Work on project notes and tasks without leaving the chat, translate messages into your language, and find the right message from search.
Subcontractors at a glance Web
Each subcontractor shows their mobile, whether they’re on BRCKS Chat or WhatsApp, and which projects they’re on. Every invite now points people to BRCKS Chat.
The BRCKS Daily for every company Web Mobile
Owners and managers now get The BRCKS Daily by email at 7am on any day something happened on their jobs.
BRCKS Chat Mobile
Events can run over several days. Message status shows who’s been alerted, who has the message and who has opened it, and message actions are visible without pressing and holding.

BRCKS Chat Mobile
BRCKS Chat is now in the App Store and Google Play, and every new sign-up starts there. Each project gets its own chat, and photos are filed where the office can see them. Turn a message into a task, snag or event, and call your team by voice or video from the chat. Bring an existing WhatsApp group across, and the import carries on even if you close the app.
A simpler daily digest Web Mobile
Each day's digest is now a short list per project, with that day's photos, videos and documents. The evening email and WhatsApp digest show the same thing.
Sign in with a mobile from any country Web Mobile
Pick your country when you sign in or add someone to your team. The app, the web, the client portal and the RFI portal all accept mobiles from outside the UK.
Cleaner photos on the site map Mobile
Tapping a photo pin no longer shows a file name, and a button takes you straight to where the photo was posted.
Faster notifications on Android Mobile
Notifications arrive promptly instead of being held back by battery saving, and buzz once.

Mobile numbers for your team Web Mobile
Team members now join with a mobile number, so they can sign in and get updates without anyone chasing it later. Owners and managers can add or correct a team member's mobile from Team.
Simpler subcontractor invites Web Mobile
Add a subcontractor with just their mobile number. Email is optional, and the invite goes out by text.
Safer mobile number changes Web Mobile
Changing your own mobile now needs a 6-digit code sent to the new number, so only the person who holds that number can switch it.
Client portal sign-in Web
Architects, engineers and clients still sign in with email first, with a clear "Sign in with your mobile" option if they want it.

Raise, track and close an RFI, or log a variation, on the platform or WhatsApp. Clients view, approve and sign in their portal. Sign-in is a 6-digit code.
Snags Web Mobile
Log, photograph, fix and verify from the app. Photos land in Media. The team is told when a snag is raised, fixed, verified or reopened, and the client gets an email when one is shared, fixed or replied to.
